What is the Golden Mean ratio of phi?

The Phi ratio ( not to be confused with Pi ) is the fundamental geometrical proportion 1.618~:1 that is observed everywhere in the universe including: atoms, DNA, anatomy, plants, trees, planets, stars, galaxies, music, architecture, population and stock market patterns and more. This ratio is also often referred to as the golden section, divine proportion, or fibonacci spiral.
